Our suite was very roomy and comfortable, but the cooling unit wasn't quite strong enough for the size of the room. The staff was more than helpful and pleasant. It's located near all the places I wanted to visit. My only problem was the TV was incomprehensible.

Housekeeping tried to come into my room on the day of checkout before checkout time, fortunately I had the chain on so she was stopped from coming completely inside my room. When I went to checkout the employees could not be bothered on their smoke/vape break so I just left the keys on the desk and left, I am sure they prefer that buy I always like to verbally checkout and get a physical receipt. Also I would suggest moving the smoking break area away from the front door, since they are not too keen on moving out of the way when you need to use the door.

Sink didn't drain in our room well and shower didn't work. Carpet need shampoo. Room is clean and enough walking space. They have a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast is waffle, cereals, yogurt, and biscuit and gravy. Coffee and water available 24/7.

The air conditioning did not work all night. As soon as you walked up the stairs you could feel how much hotter it was. The windows were open in the hallways. Our room was a sauna all night.

Such a great staff. Yes, it is older, but it is clean, easy in and out, convenient location. Beds were comfortable, TV and door were a little tricky, but overall it worked for our purposes.
