"Checkin was quick and easy, the front desk agent was polite and helpful. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, masked with air freshener. It appeared nice and clean but the smell was horrible, giving me and my kids headaches. The odor was amplified when we attempted to turn on the heat unit, but had to shut it off because we couldn’t bear the stench coming out of it.
