"This is a really pleasant place to stay. Really central and convenient. The staff are really friendly. I did find the room a little cold but this was rectified by having the heating on. We had several guest come in drunk at 4 am and we couldn’t get them to be quiet for a hour and one guest wouldn’t leave our room. I contacted the after hour/emergency number but no one answered. "The property is great ans the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was turned off because of the "season" and as a result the room was pretty warm. The staff gave me a fan but that was not enough. They shiuld consider that the winter season here is still pretty warm and some of us are not used to our rooms being that warm at night.
