"Had a lovely stay at this hotel with my family late August as a base to visit Tikal. The hotel was new, clean and very comfortable. Also enjoyed dinner at their on-site restaurant on a couple of occasions - we were impressed by the service and extra attention given to us by the staff - particularly by Sergio and Jose - thank you for being so nice to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will return when we visit Tikal and Guatemala again."

"Special mention to the front desk person Sandy. She really helped me out with flight changes, went above and beyond. The room was nice, sharing one bathroom with 6 people it was quite dirty but once the cleaners came through it was fine. great location and if you aren't there in the morning for breakfast they make a sandwich for you to take with you. "

"Make sure you have read all of the information before arriving at this place. Google maps doesn't give you a great idea of where it is. The apartment was spacious and incredibly clean. The kitchen facilities were decent, would have liked some bigger pans for cooking. Bathroom is nice with hot water, loads of towels. I felt safe here with two keypad doors between you and outside. "I arrived to my room and it had a strong smell of some chemical. I wasn't sure what it is and didn't make a big deal out of it. Then when I was about to sleep I opened the wrapped curtain and waited for me a giant spider there. I asked the guy at the reception to get rid of it.
