"We loved this cute little hotel. It is 2* so you know it is going to be basic, but it was perfect for us. It is directly opposite a bus stop and easy to get in and out of the city on the RER train and local bus. The microwave in Reception was great and with Aldi and McDonald's also opposite we were well served for food. The price is reasonable and the room comfortable. There was no sign of a heater in the room though so in the Winter it might get a bit chilly. "

"Stayed at this hotel a number of times. Always a pleasant experience. Immediately next door to the RER A Station so convenient, only small downside is railway noise. Our room was incredibly warm the first night, but we spoke to the front desk to request the A/C be switched on, they advised it was centrally managed but they would contact head office and request. The next night the A/C was on and the room was far more comfortable and we slept great. Appreciate the assistance from the staff....

"Good proximity to the park, decent food, but not great, not great drinks included - need better deep cleaning - decor was not giving Disney standard. Dull and outdated. Cheap finishings. Mould in bathroom tile grout - water stains / limescale stain in toilet"

"This hotel was a perfect stop over before we went to our disney hotel. 10 minutes from Disney and a quick and easy drive to the shopping centre. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for one night. I download the bolt app (similar to uber but a bit cheaper) it was £37 from the hotel to the eiffel tower. Took around 50 mins "

"The hotel and staff were great. Checkin and checkout were super easy. It was a little difficult to find as there are no signs directing you in. It does share a parking lot with an abandoned restaurant and non guests seemed to be hanging around it, playing music and kids running around and we felt a little uneasy unloading beside them. Same with the restaurants that were operable on the other side of the hotel. Other than location, we enjoyed our stay. "

"It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area. "

"Great stay, we used the hotel as a stop over before and after our stay at Disneyland Paris. Lovely attentive staff. Nice hotel. Wish there was more plug sockets though- our room only had 1 but that was my only gripe."

"Reception was entirely non-staffed, which was amazing. The room was just what we needed with no extra frills. It wasn't too far from the Disney parks, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. "

"The rooms are very small and no privacy if sharing with friends or family, one plug socket in a room for three, although was clean the windows were dirty, had to keep open and they were quite dirty. Toilet facilities were very poor no lock on door! "

"There was absolutely no air conditioning. Children under the age of 10 years old were out after 11pm. I had no issues with staff but the hotel was a long uber ride to anything to see. It was miserably hard to get any sleep dealing with no air flow and no cooling air."
