"The place and staff are amazing I gave it a 4 because one I didn’t get the room I book, 2- breakfast was very disappointing it was a muffin and omelette very small and cold nothing really to eat. I just wish they could reimburse me half of my money because I didn’t get the room that I booked which it was a suite. The young lady stated is because they only have 2 and they took them already smh I didn’t want to argue about it but I was very disappointed "

"Staff was very nice. Free breakfast had real eggs and friendly cook/ attendant. Surroundings under a lot of road construction but that’s not the fault of the hotel. The surfaces were all clean but the place could use a really deep clean as the carpets and corners were all darkened from ground in dirt over time. It was definitely adequate for our purposes — a decent place to stop for a night when visiting ESU."
