"Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is...

"The house is good, large living room, 6 separate bedrooms and jacuzzi is a plus. Some appliances did not work properly, but it was very minor. Great communication with host. Overall we had pleasant stay. "
