"French code hotel exterior looks nothing fancy but it much exceeded our expectation! The room was spacious and clean. They provide free coffee n there is microwave on the first floor to us to warm up our food. The owner of the place was awesome! Knowing that we couldn’t speak Korean, he had a translator to communicate with us, making things so much easier. He was so helpful, from recommending good food, details of the cherry blossoms festival and even gave us rides to the train station and...

It's so unkempt, no provision of the usual things like batting soap, body cream, toothpaste, etc. The bed sheets were so dirty and unwashed. Dirty colored towel. My spouse had a quarrel with me for making such a booking. I regretted my stay there. It's a complete disregard to customers. Complete insensitivity by the management "

"We had a family trip this time bit there’s not enough towels(No shower towels) and there’s bad smell when I enter the room. Lobby areas are clean and nice and easy to access beach(No swimming allowed). We doesn’t have enough time to enjoy all other facility this time. One last thing, there’s very nice sunrise spot on the mountain in front of the resort. "
