"I ended up loving this hotel - despite a first impression that made me think I’d regret booking here. We arrived on Saturday evening and it was SO crowded. Getting an elevator was impossible, everything was completely packed. We had to take an elevator down to the lowest parking garage floor to be able to ride back up to our room. It felt like a cruise ship and not in a good way. It was so loud until late at night with screaming children and loud parties, By Sunday afternoon, however, it cleared out and everything was SO nice. By Monday it felt like we had the place to ourselves and it was nothing short of paradise, we loved the sauna, the Starbucks, the incredible views and the beautiful walks along the water. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. The couch was a utilitarian brick - not comfortable at all, but the rest of the room was comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here on a Friday or Saturday again, but would absolutely come back on a week day! "

"Last-minute stay due to flight cancellation. Loved that it had a spa tub to soak in after the stressful day I had. Lady in the front was very nice. Took minutes to check in. Airport shuttle easy to schedule for next day. Breakfast provided. Convenience store right across. Walked at night safely. Only thing is had to go far to find dinner. Great stay overall. I would stay again. "

"I had a residential suite which was very roomy. Coming from the US, don’t forget adapter for the power outlets as all outlets have the typical Korean setup"
