"HIDDEN GEM -- the outside is quite nondescript, compared to the grand facades of some of the boutique hotels. But the rooms we stayed in (110, 111) were excellent -- large & roomy, beautiful flooring, huge bathrooms with hot water. "Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. "Although the hotel is located in isolated area, close enough to the city center and the airport. The room is clean enough even for Japanese tourists, hot shower is available and hotel staffs are so friendly and supportive. "
