"HIDDEN GEM -- the outside is quite nondescript, compared to the grand facades of some of the boutique hotels. But the rooms we stayed in (110, 111) were excellent -- large & roomy, beautiful flooring, huge bathrooms with hot water. "Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. "Although the hotel is located in isolated area, close enough to the city center and the airport. The room is clean enough even for Japanese tourists, hot shower is available and hotel staffs are so friendly and supportive. "

"This hotel advertised two king size beds in their suite. When we arrived there was a single double bed. I called expedia who stated the transaction was already completed but they would speak to the property. The property denied that they ever offered a king size bed despite the confirmation email clearly stipulating the king size beds.
