"really good facility, close to the water front which i love and in between several areas of interest that you can walk to. The showers and baths were an added bonus as we didnt know that it would include the hot bath, really good to come back to that after a long day. Staff was super friendly and there was a music venue right next door, although we had other things we wanted to do so we weren't able to go. "We stayed one night with two teenagers. The place is soo beautiful near the sea. Everthing in comfortable clean and beautiful. But above all the hospitality is great. Especially we had the honour to be welcomed by Mr Mikoshiba on yanagata his smile and good willing made our stay un forgettable. "

"Hotels in small city has cheap price and large room. This place is nice and clean. It's also close to many local restaurants so please use this chance to taste the food from a non-franchised restaurant. The host treated us good. It also has a large place to sit down and enjoy the view."

"Saika-an is about 10 minutes walk from Nishi-Maizuru station, the staff here is very friendly, they are very patient to explain everything you ask. The room is fantastic, it's a Japanese tatami style so I love it, they also give you free public bath voucher where you can use it at nearby public bath.
