"If you’re truly looking for budget stay here. But it you spend a few bucks more I’m sure you can find something nicer. AC didnt really work. Garbages were not emptied in my 3 day stay. Mouse droppings throughout the room. More thorough cleaning would help. Hand towels in bathrooms would also be really nice. "

"I stayed in the female-only dorm and it was probably the nicest hostel room I've stayed in! Light and airy, beds were big and comfy and each one had its own little wardrobe area. However, my friends stayed in a different 4 person dorm with bunkbeds and found it very small and cramped for 4 people, so not sure I'd give the same top review for other rooms."

"This boutique hotel is steps away from the walking street and 3-5 min from Pattaya beach. It suits our need perfectly. Made-to-order breakfast is great. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They drop off and pick up from boat station and snorkeling launch. Room may be a bit tight with wet shower/bathroom. Still very clean and cozy. "

"Very basic huts, so upgrade if you are able. Well worth the extra $. Had a few issues while staying there and staff went out of their way to help make our stay as nice as possible. "

"We knew it was small, especially for a family with 3 children, but we were there for the sea and beach. Nice common area and free tea and coffee acted as our kitchen. Fridge was shared and saved us lots of eating out. Deal breaker was day 7 coming to the room and seeing a rat on our bed. No sleep that night, checked out early.No refund."

"The best hotel I've stayed at on Lipe! Was a little dubious at first due to how cheap it was.. But the room is exceptional value for money!! They even provide a free shuttle to walking st between 7am - 8pm but fail to mention this on the booking!! Super king bed is so comfortable.. only negative is the pillows! I've been to koh lipe several times and this place blew my mind!!"

"The bathroom had lots of bricks missing out of the wall all sort of bugs and beetles were coming in, hundreds of mosquitoes to! As there was no door on the bathroom they were all coming in to the room"

"Dorm was overbooked when I arrived but they let me stay in a private room. Room was clean and a good size but beds were rock hard even by Thai standards, so uncomfortable especially in the heat, the one fan didn't cool the room effectively. Shared bathrooms were clean and good to have the toilet and showers separate and seperate men and women's bathrooms. Location is just off Walking St so near to all the shops etc but there is some noise from a bar till around 00:30 and wooden floors noisy...
