The next day we ask for room to be cleaned and clean towels . We ask 3 times duringthe day for this. Still.not leaned at 10.30pm gave up.asking . "I am a picky American traveler who has stayed in multiple hotels in Kisumu. The Pinecone has excellent value for its cost. The staff are very accommodating and tried hard to address any issue that arose. Specifically, the restaurant took a long time to prepare food but that it is because each meal is 'made to order'. It took nearly an hour to receive my soup order, but I when it finally came, I could tell it was made fresh and was absolutely delicious. The next evening, I placed my dinner order...
