"List of things to complain about: no hot water except in shower which is on different system; heat and gas did not work (after watching video of how to operate systems in rental); window coverings falling down and inadequate (sun pouring in at 4 in the morning); inadequate directions to locate property ( words go around bac would help) keys not where we were told (they did fix this issue on the phone). "Comfortable, convenient, friendly and efficient.Superb value for money. The added facility of coffee and tea making facilities and home baking was a very welcome touch. The room was clean and comfortable, but unfussy. The breakfast choice was excellent, with the added treat of fresh home baked bread. The breakfast room was somewhat utilitarian and could have been improved by some wel chosen pictures on the walls and possibly a carpet or rug under the tables, but otherwise perfectly adequate....
