"Fridge, oven, TV w/HBO, A/C, real hot water, cleanliness, all good. Quiet. Carpet on floor. No 'creepy-crawlies.' Better than other hotels in town at similar price. Michael in Reception very helpful, nice housecleaning staff. Across street = big grocery store, fast-food, bus stop (no night/Sun). Cold breakfast incl but small, rm lighting poor for reading. Stayed 3 times in 2025, week each."

"It was satisfactory for the price. Staff was friendly at check in. Furniture and beds dated and ice machine broken, but half the price of other hotels and it was fine for a short overnight stay. Breakfast looked basic but we dont even try for a good breakfast at hotels anymore. Its always hit or miss. We would stay again. "

Gave some really useful information about Kingman and made the check in experience fun and memorable compared to most places. The room was quirky and felt really original like a time capsule.
