Only negatives were no late room service due to having no stock on both nights understandable with it being 1st & 2nd January but slightly disappointing but got an UberEats so all good. Secondly despite late check out and confirming this with staff and putting do bot disturb sign on door housekeeping still came into room 2 hours before checkout time while we were in. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Bar staff were lovely as were reception...

"The Malmaison was a lovely little get away for a night as a couple, nothing bad to say really other than sad no upgrade options were available when we checked in and the light in the room was broken so was quite dark. Plus side cheeky little Ferrero Rocher left for us and robes which was a nice touch "
