"We stayed here when we went skiing at Whitefish Resort. They were wonderful with transportation, picking up and dropping off at the airport and taking us to the Snow Bus. We never had to wait and staff were very friendly. We were on the newly remodeled third floor. Very nice. Used their indoor hot tub. "

"We brought a hockey team of six year olds for an entire weekend. After a 5 hour drive, they were bursting with energy. The hotel staff was EXTREMELY accommodating, patient, and kind. It was such a relief and made the whole atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable not having to shush or sit our kids down. They were encouraged to play, swim, eat, and the staff treated them like important guests too, I cannot say enough good things about our time at the hotel. Thank you! "

"Upon arrival you see a sign that says to the effect that we should have received cabin number and door code via our service provider or call answering service at given number. We received no such information emails so we called the answering service number. There was no pickup so we left a voice mail withour number. Twice. Called around 5pm. We received no response for either day of our reservation and therefore were forced to book with a hotel. There was definitely a breakdown in communication...
