Nice hotel. Front staff at check in & check out were very friendly. Breakfast options were ok. The bed wasn’t the comfiest, but it was ok. Room comfortable. There was a bit of room noise, especially between bathrooms. Location was great.

The Spring Hill site was great for shopping.. Costco, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart... all very close. We have one suggestion: The shower in our unit (207) could use a bench or low shelf by the show to put clothes on. The sink counter looks nice but is ridiculously small. For a Marriott facility we were underwhelmed.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly. Each person we talked to were very conversational and anticipated what we needed or would have been nice to have. As a person who owns a company in the service industry I can honestly say that the whole team was impressive and it’s obvious that the company doesn’t a great job at inspiring their staff to go above and beyond.

We had a great stay. The property was very stylish and clean. Loves the layout with sitting area and desk separate from the beds. The breakfast was great. The location was close to shopping. Our new favourite place to stay in Kalispell. Would definitely stay there again.
