We informed the girl that checked us in that we had a flight to catch so we would be leaving early and she assured us someone would be in the office. That was not true. "It was a comfortable place to stay, with only one complaint. Apparently we got an updated room with a large new TV, however the TV was not connected to satellite so unusable. The wifi in the room was great, liked that we did not have to reconnect each day. Nice kitchen area and plenty of desk space. Friendly desk agents. Pet friendly. "
