"This sweet house on a working farm was exactly what we needed as a Texas Summer getaway. The attention to detail that Amii and Tom provide is remarkable. They made is super easy for a couple of city people and their golden retrievers feel welcomed and comfortable our entire stay. The house is in good repair and when something did need attention, Amii and Tom were quick to respond. The location is great. Definitely rural, with great walking paths all around, but easy proximity to cute towns...

"Ranchers Roost was spacious, easily accomodating many people in town for a wedding. It provided a cozy place for a large gathering after the wedding festivities where everyone was at ease and comfortable. Well stocked truly meant that with coffee,Baking supplies, and paper products. "There’s a nice park across the street. Some of the front desk personnel were not overly friendly or helpful. The hot tub is located outside, but the indoor pool is large and heater. The bar/restaurant has very friendly staff and good food. "
