"I attended a weekend conference and made reservations at this motel. They were understaffed on the night that I checked in and so it took about an hour and a half for me to get my room. But I am still giving them a great rating because the lady that was working the front desk took the time to clean and to get my room prepped for me and my room was clean and comfortable.
