"Great property for a stay near TCU. Very comfortable, owners very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was great. Would definitely stay again but it is important to know that this is a guest house over the garage. Full use of backyard area while there and that space is as amazing as the pics show. "

The kitchenette was very adequately stocked and it was nice to have a more apartment-feeling accommodation to come back to at the end of the day. The only issue we had was the noise of the structural supports. We stayed on the second floor, and whenever any of the doors on the floor were opened, creaking along the roof and structures would reverberate through our room, which as a light sleeper, made it difficult to sleep sometimes.
