"Closed captions were only available on NBC,ABC, FOX… other stations worked but no closed captioning. Couldn’t enjoy the movies. No ice machines. Lobby bathroom was filthy & hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Our room had tattered blanket, peeling/chipped paints falling. Room bathroom were slightly better but could tell housekeeping staff aren’t doing their best. There were visible evidences of updates/remodels… but workers weren’t clearly identified as one. They looked like homeless folks who...

"We had a very good stay. Everything was very clean and tidy and our breakfast was great. I had no need for a handicap room when I made my reservation. But just a few days ago I injured my back and there were no handicap rooms or anything on the ground floor. No elevator either so I had to go up and down stairs in excruciating pain."

My only complaint was last year we stayed here for one night with our kids hot tub had cold water theyvwere ordering part, this time pool was warm hot tub was cold. They told us this time they ordered the part again. So not sure. Every thing was great!"
