"I like easy and convenient t was for downtown Grand Rapids activities. The conditioner bottle was empty and staff at the front desk we’re having personal conversations and had to be interrupted to ask for help. Would have been nice if staff stopped their personal conversation and asked if they could be of assistance so guest didn’t feel like a bother. But otherwise overall room and location were great."

"My biggest thing, it's a fact that there is no parking all the way around north hotel. That's only in front and the lot parking lot is not kept up. Especially in the winter"
