"The facilities were great. The room was clean, the pool was terrific for the kids, and the property had all the amenities we would need (with a nice, attached restaurant). The beds were a bit uncomfortable, though. The matresses in our room were too soft/lumpy, which made it difficult to sleep. "

It was a very stressful time for us and being at this hotel made things so much easier. Every one of the staff members was helpful and accommodating, the cleaning lady was wonderful, she still didn’t have power when we left on day 5 but showed up to work everyday.
