"The employees were very attentive and didn’t laugh at me when I found a baby scorpion in my room in the middle of the night - they promptly changed me to another room. The in suite jacuzzi was a nice touch and a wonderful way to relax. Would definitely recommend if you’re in this city! It’s within walking distance from delicious restaurants, the centre and an easy drive to Chichen Itza"

"Place was SUPER clean, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out staff was friendly and efficient. It would have been even better if they had provided enough towels to match the amount of guests staying (we had 6 guests, they gave us 3 towels). Thankfully we brought our own towels with us. Definitely recommend!!! "
