"We made our reservation the “night of” our need to stay and most other hotels were booked. This was the last room in the vicinity. I was glad to have a room! This was a smoking room and when we walked in we could definitely smell it! We tried to turn down the air hoping the cold would make the smoke smell not as strong. "Do to no fault of the hotel staff on duty, when we arrived it took us over an hour to check-in. The reason was we reserved our room third party " Hotels.com". For some reason there was four different families who had issues with the hotel computer registering us. We finally had to cancel those reservations and reserve a new room."
