Management arranged to paint 5 of the 6 stairways to second floor very day for the three days I was there. Very inconvenient for those of us on the second floor. Everyone had to carry all luggage and enter from the one stairway and they did not inform the front desk so no one was warned that parking near your room was the worst place to be.

We were r the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Very inconvenient for two elderly people with knee and back issues. Very noisey area. Room was fine but not sure id stsy again

BEWARE! Pictures are not what they seem. We picked this hotel because how nice the pictures looked and how good the reviews were. However, reality is much different. First, the area did not look too safe, we know that this hotel is more meant as a pass through but we also care about safety. We decided to take the risk anyhow and checked in. They gave us the key and after 3 trips to the front desk, the lady said “I am sorry, the room is locked from the inside, someone that should have checked out is still there. I will call the police”. They gave us another room on the other side but the beds were not made. There was also a group of people walking around the area scouting the vehicles. We decided to get our bags and leave.

Shady area. Loud, people in room next us were incredibly loud…fighting. I thought we would need to call the police. No security I guess. Kids were exposed to things they shouldn’t have been. Came quickly when I needed assistance. I had mistaken the turn into the entrance. It was right next to another motel. I fell in the parking lot and they were most helpful in getting me to the right motel, which was Best Western, and your people at the desk was very helpful to getting me medical attention.

This place was ok, but not great. The first room smelled like pot, 2nd room we received was clean however the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was terrible- cold sausages and eggs, they had cereal out but no milk,how hard would it be to go get milk? Or at the very least put the cereal away. Front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating with changing rooms so that was a plus, however I would not stay here again.

Prepare to be your own maintenance man!
Had a fine trip until the toilet backed up. Apparently there was no staff willing to bring me a plunger or come and plunge it themselves. It is up to the guest to go to the front office and plunge it themselves. Here is a crazy idea….put a plunger in each room for the guest to use.

Poor, terrible service
My family (five kids and a dog) had to evacuate away from Florida due to Hurricane Milton. We made a reservation on October 5th for three nights from Oct. 7th - 10th, and paid. On the 7th, we were on the road for eight hours. When we arrived at around 1:30am, we were told that they did not have a room available for us. The lady at the front desk (refused to give us her name) lied saying we canceled the room. When we showed her that our reservation was still intact, she shrugged it off. Not only so, when we were on the road, we made several phone calls to ensure that everything was in order, but no one picked up the phone (this was between 8:30pm - 10:00pm). When I contacted hotels.com, we were informed that the hotel overbooked our reservation. We got our refund, but we had to search for another hotel at 2am. We ended up driving to Atlanta. We called for the manager the following day, and did not receive an apology of any sort. Front desk didn't care, management didn't care. Although many people left positive reviews, I would not recommend this hotel during evacuation.
