"Heidi was an exceptional manager of the hotel. We had a very late checkin and she was there to help without any drama at all even though the late checkin machine to collect our key didn’t give us our key. The room was clean but it was filled with bugs flying around. The bed and bathroom were very clean though. The bathroom door was faulty, and I got stuck in the bathroom. Luckily my wife was able to open it from the outside. Heidi was the star of the show, Ibis needs to give her a pay...
