Ask for room change and got room without lock. The toilet door mulfuction. Hose leaking water. Very unsafe. Overall experience very disappointed even for budget hotel. Been into same price room elsewhere but better room and experience. Not recommend to others to book here. Mark my word. "

"Keep in mind that Airside means inside the terminal, past immigration/security! Also they have an hourly rate that's cheaper than what Expedia charges (you pay for a 12 hour stay, so I ended up spending about 5-10 bucks more than I needed to. Better to book directly"

"I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. "

"When book price was rm60. And paid for it. Once reach hotel, receptionist asking for another rm38. And ask to claim back from apps provider. It’s was midnight and need chat with CS. And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken."
