"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

When we asked not to be disturbed, he couldn’t do housekeeping so left essentials like toilet paper and shower soap on the door. Never had anything like it before - above and beyond. "This place is horrible. Sheets are all full of stains. Shower is full of mold. Towels are full of stain. Horrible, horrible. It was a transfer night for us and we wanted to be close the the airport. This place was rated as 3 stars. If it Wanstead’s late at night, and I had checked the beds first, I would just leave and give up what I paid for another place. Unfortunately it was too late and the grab driver was gone. "
