"Stayed two times (in-bound and out-bound) at the 0484 aero lounge at COK. The staff were super courteous and willing to help at every turn. The checkin was smooth and the rooms were neat and tidy. The only issue was with the super slippery bathroom which could be a problem for seniors. It is a common problem with Indian bathroom since the concept of a dry floor is literally non-existent.
