"It wasn’t good. We arrived late to nobody being around. We had to ask for facilities to cook and for the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work very well. The room wasn’t clean, with us finding hairs in the sheets the bathroom constantly smelling. I reckon once, it was brilliant but now it’s rubbish. Not even in a good location. "

"It’s a hard Hotel to review because it’s so old and unique. I loved the history of the Queens Hotel. I believe it was build in Colonial times by the British tea plantation owners. It’s right in the centre of town next to a beautiful lake. The pool is huge and very clean. The buffets were excellent with a variety of local, Indian and European food. The hotel is also reasonably priced."

"First Location is not as it is showing on Hotels.com or Google.com, it is far off. I wouldn't book it if I would knew it is that far. Second, it is not a hotel, it is a homestay! I don't book home stays (just my preferences). Owners were sleeping in next room to mine. Third, my room should be "room with a private bathroom", and I had to SHARE my bathroom with two other rooms/families. I wouldn't book it as well. People who lives there are nice.
