"The staff were very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It was sufficient with what we needed and will be back again in the future. Adrian was awesome and super helpful with clearing out the snow for a parking spot for us upon arrival and helped us out with checking in and checking out of the room."

"Check in was crazy because of so many people needing to check in. Housekeeping took a long time which is why our check in was late. Breakfast was a mess- the layout causes a bunch of people trying to get food. It was busy and some guests literally took all of the hot did so filling it was slow. Super wash was on the wall near the sink and not in the shower. Room was large and clean. Price was very expensive due to availability and holiday reason (snow!)"

"24 hour check in was nice due to our late arrival. This is recently remodeled. Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, and the room was clean with the exception of the floor (could have used another once over). The building itself is dealing with a lot of water damage in the stairwells, but that's what this season did to most buildings in the area so don't hold it against em. Continental breakfast was was standard but fine, and staff was friendly. Would stay again!"

I had to stay one night at a different hotel who would not allow me store my luggage prior to checkin and Alphenhoff stored it for me even the night I didn’t stay there and then brought my ski bag to my room for me when I checked in there. The staff is incredible (and the location is excellent). "
