"Bad cleaning in the room and bathroom, totally unheigenic and diagusting. They lack professional house keeping staff and only focus on making money. Toilet seats were not cleaned, dustbins not epmtied, linen not changed after used by previous guest. I found each and every corner of the room uncleaned. "As a foreigner, if you are looking for something, think twice. This plaza was terribly dirty. Especially washroom which is a necessity. Even when I asked to have clean bathroom and room, it’s just has molds, brown spots. I had to check out right away despite the staff were nice, and they were not how to help. Overall the hotel needs a deep with some renovations, but if you are able to handle an unhygienic place, then fine, as a foreigner, it wasn’t something I could handle. The location is good...

"The room's Air Conditioner was not working properly, we asked the staff to get it checked or provide us with a different room, but the staff did nothing on the same. Hence whole time we had to be in the room with just the Ceiling fan providing us some comfort. "
