"Quite close to the airport and the metro trains so it's convinient. Tenants have access to do laundry as well (washing machine / dryer). Only drawback in my opinion is that tenants dont' have access to a microwave after hours so if you want to heat up your food, or buy one of the packaged dinners they sell onsite - you won't be able to heat it."

Only downsides were: a) no AC so it was steaming hot in the room even with windows opened and plug in fan turned on; b) as hotels.com "VIP", free breakfast was only offered for the one person who made the booking. I just told my spouse to eat elsewhere instead of paying 20 CHF for additional breakfast. Breakfast food was only average anyway."
