"Check in was smooth. Arrived before quoted check in time but we were allowed to check in anyway. Room was nice and big, with a balcony, overlooking Vivaldi Park. Hotel only cleans the room every 3 days (we stayed for 2 nights) so we didn't get our room cleaned but that wasn't a problem. Plenty of things to do close by. Would stay again."

"Our family always stayed at Vista every time we visit Korea for the past few years and enjoyed it very much. However, this time was slightly disappointing as they changed some things. They removed the check-in desk and turned the whole lobby area into a buffet restaurant. This was unpleasant as the check-in is now at Walkherhill, through some banquet rooms and small hallway. "Friendly staffs and even with little and no English to communicate, I still was able to understand their system. The room I booked was small but enough space for me. There was a computer and key board that took up too much space they need to get rid of. The bed had a heating blanket, so it was very nice and warm.
