"Check in was smooth. Arrived before quoted check in time but we were allowed to check in anyway. Room was nice and big, with a balcony, overlooking Vivaldi Park. Hotel only cleans the room every 3 days (we stayed for 2 nights) so we didn't get our room cleaned but that wasn't a problem. Plenty of things to do close by. Would stay again."

"Our family always stayed at Vista every time we visit Korea for the past few years and enjoyed it very much. However, this time was slightly disappointing as they changed some things. They removed the check-in desk and turned the whole lobby area into a buffet restaurant. This was unpleasant as the check-in is now at Walkherhill, through some banquet rooms and small hallway. The buffet always had a lot of people lined up and congregating, and the people from banquet using were also very loud....

"Friendly staffs and even with little and no English to communicate, I still was able to understand their system. The room I booked was small but enough space for me. There was a computer and key board that took up too much space they need to get rid of. The bed had a heating blanket, so it was very nice and warm. "Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "

"The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"

"작년 봄~여름 즈음 힐리언스 선마을의 숙박권?을 선물 받아 방문한 적이 있습니다. 그 때 기억이 굉장히 좋게 남아 이번에도 크리스마스 이브에 가족들을 데리고 재방문 하였으나 기대 이하의 상태에 하루 종일 부모님의 불만을 귀에 피가 나도록 들어야 했습니다. 방의 도어락은 고장이 났는지 계속 열리거나 닫는데 문제가 생겨 추운 밖에서 한참을 서있어야 했고, 일이 끝나고 출발하여 6시 50분 쯤 도착할 것 같은데 혹시 저녁 식사가 가능한지 고객센터로 전화하여 여쭈어보았으나 6시 20분 전까지 입장하지 않으면 식사가 어렵다는 답을 들었습니다. 외부에서 식사를 하고 간 뒤, 조식을 먹으면서 식당 직원 분들께 여쭈어보니 전날 7시 반까지 식당을 운영하였다고 전해 들으면서 금액에 포함된 식사마저 즐기지 못해 마음이 크게 불편했습니다. 작년에 가장 마음에 들었었던 사우나는 물 관리가 되지 않아 고여있고, 더러웠습니다. 즐거워야 할 가족과의 크리스마스 이브가 찝찝하게 끝나 마음이 불편합니다. 자연친화적이고 맑은 공기는 좋지만 다음 번 방문은 고려하지 않을 것 같습니다. "
