"Owner was absolutely amazing. The shuttle service he provided was a god send. He drops you off somewhere in the morning and picks you up in the evening. He has WhatsApp which is helpful. The dogs are very cute. We got upgraded to a bigger room. The laundry services were great too. "

There were splashes of food and cobwebs on the walls, long hairs in the bathroom, leaves and debris in the fridge, and something in the hall closet had a rancid smell that permeated into the bedroom. Upon expressing this concern to the management they told us to turn on some airflow and that they'd look at it *after* we checked out. Not helpful at all. "Absolutely amazing and the food is SO GOOD. The hot spring baths are so wonderful that my skin was glowing. Staff went above and beyond in true Japanese fashion, and was patient with me when I spoke English. Absolutely recommend and the view is STUNNING!!"
