Guided us on activities/dining options and even helped us with vacuuming our rental vehicle that we dirtied with beach sand. Breakfast: Was very fresh and great Rooms: Clean and great view of the ocean My family (4 adults) all had a great time and if we visit Rincon we would love to stay here again."

Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location.
