"Open air living with the exception of AC in the bedrooms. Wish I would have paid attention to not having a stove, but otherwise had what we needed. Safe neighborhood with a beautiful ‘boardwalk’ that people walk day/night. Walk to watch surfing competitions. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would reccomend! "

"man, i can't say enough. Nazir was a great host. he was available for whatever we needed including special requests. the food was fresh and delicious. the rooms were some of the best i have stayed in Puerto Rico. modern decor and appliances. and the vibe was chill. the view spectacular. we will definitely be back. telling all our friends THIS IS THE SPOT!!!!"

We left the property clean and were overall pleased with this stay and was looking forward to leaving a great review but then we were hit with a $150 request for what we were told was a violation for smoking in the property. There was no swimming pool, no safe deposit box, no security, no cleaning, expired fire extinguishers, no phones in the room, no closets in the room.
