"My family enjoyed our single night stay tremendously, almost exclusively thanks to the wonderfully kind and helpful staff member on shift last night. She went above and beyond, truly. We had requested a roll away bed, and there's no elevator at this particular location, and no double rooms on the first floor. She was a very petite lady, and was going to carry the roll away bed up the stairs alone! Just for us! I insisted on helping, because i couldnt bare to watch her struggle it up the stairs...

"The room was fine. The bed was way to hard that none of us slept really great. I did have to call the desk for towels and toilet paper upon arrival. The safe was never reset from the previous occupants. Usually we enjoy our stay during the wizardfest weekend and we will continue to stay here it was just those few things."
