"We had stayed here for a holiday gathering. We are so happy they are dog friendly!! This is super important to us. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did have one issue with the room, but it was corrected very quickly!! We would stay here again! "

I pray Avid mgmt can really offer them heir employees customer service training and how to properly interact in hospitality . The 3 various employees (Indian looking man with glasses , European accent young female , to the worst one yet was employee name...
