The room is fantastic, it's a Japanese tatami style so I love it, they also give you free public bath voucher where you can use it at nearby public bath. The place is about 10-15 minutes walk from the fish market and 3-5 minutes walk to the shopping street. This is a great place to stay if you plan to visit Amanohashidate/Ine as the train is about 30...
