"Exceeded expectations. I wish I got the name of the kind woman who helped us check in and talked with us during our stay. We appreciated her help. Loved the Onsen, loved that we could cook our own dinner, the hikes, went for a run. This is one of our favourite places and we would highly recommend. "I stayed in one of the rooms with the open air bath on the balcony, and it was one of the best views I've had at onsen. The room was great! I thought the men's public bath was a little run down, but still enjoyable. My wife thought the women's was very good and didn't mention any issues. I hope they can fix it back up because it's a beautiful hotel! I would definitely go again for the same room we had!"

"こちらの宿はまずスタッフの対応がとても良いです。そしてお風呂の数も多く日帰りの利用者もいて人気があるみたいですね。部屋は3階で遠くに見える夜景がとても良かったです。家族で来ましたがまた来たいと思える宿でした。満室の日でしたが食事中の混雑もなく静かに過ごしたい人にお勧めです。"

"The room was spacious, but going up and down from the bunk bed was inconvenient. It would be better if the big table was taken away and replaced it w/ twin beds. The big table could be dangerous as someone can get injured by the pointed edges. Also, the bathroom was rather small and its floor was noisy when you step on it."

"チェックインしてからラウンジでお酒類がフリーで飲める。いい気になって呑んでしまうと温泉に入る前に酔ぱらってしまう。 温泉は白濁したお湯で大変素晴らしい！ 夕食も地元産の食材を中心にしたお料理で大変美味しい。 横浜から泊まりに行ったが宿は都会の喧騒から隔絶されており大変静かで落ち着ける。 デジタルデトックスが宿の一つのコンセプトらしく施設にはテレビなど置いていない。 スマホをいじらなければ しばし忙しい毎日からの逃避が出来る。 また、ベッド寝具も大変寝心地良くぐっすり眠ることが出来た。 また別の季節に再訪したい大人のお宿。"

"We really liked the ping pong table and the karaoke room. We were also able to use the dining room that had a microwave and other utensils. One problem was the phone number that we were given as the hotel's phone number was incorrect. We could not find the address with the GPS, so the hotel was a little hard to find."
