"For starters they wouldn’t let my grandson check in stating there was no reservation. After an hour on the phone with hotels dot com they finally allowed him to check in with a 150 dollar deposit . If there is any hotel with a room in this city besides here I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere . The towels looked like they had been chewed on by rats ! "

"We reserved a room with a king-size bed. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. We used the microwave and the refrigerator. The bed had red and white sheets with a white comforter. It was an attention grabber. The main room had a loveseat and ottoman. It was nice. The mattress is the main complaint. It was well worn with holes (you know, when you've had your mattress way too long, it has a burrow where you sleep). It was comical trying to roll out of the hole...
