"That place was awful the Jacuzzi didnt work. Found a cockroach on the bed when we were getting ready to leave. The room appeared clean until you looked at it.the sheets were stained. Now I know you'll ask why did we stay. Because we paid through this site and wouldn't get the money back for days and didn't hapve the money to go else where. "Furnishings are excellent. internet was down the weekend I stayed there. The repair man pulled up as I was leaving. The AC in the bedroom was very loud, but I had earplugs so it was ok. Well appointed kitchen, very clean. Would stay there again."

"We love visiting Tim’s Ford Lake. This was our first time in the Spring. House was Gorgeous & Modern! Kids loved the game room & Projecter Tv. Everything was SUPER comfy. Plenty of room to spread out! Not a lot of extras as far as pantry items. Walmart does deliver to this area which was helpful! Dock was very nice & walk/drive wasn’t terrible. A golf cart would have been a nice addition!! Neighborhood was very quiet. Fishing wasn’t great in the early spring but that’s to be expected. Great...

"From start to finish, this house, amenities, and location was just what we needed! This beautiful home and surroundings helped all us all find some much needed rest, relaxation, and fun! 17 of us (church ladies) were very comfortable in the bedrooms...Lots of space.We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaking, and fellowshipping at the large tables. "We came in town to fish a tournament for our kids. It was gonna be 10 of us at first but half the group was unable to come. That being said we had plenty of room for the 5 of us but there would’ve been plenty of room for the 10. The place was awesome very clean. We didn’t have time to cook or really hang out at the house much. The area was in a very nice quiet neighborhood as well. Only regret we had was not enough time to be at the house more. It would a perfect weekend/vacation getaway. "
