"The hotel is in an OK condition, clean, good bed and quiet. I stayed one night and did'nt see any problem. "

"I’ve stayed at this property many many times because of its proximity to downtown Modesto and all the restaurants and fun activities. They also have a nice pool. During the day it’s very walkable everywhere however at night there is a homeless problem around. That being said, the property itself is very clean and the staff is excellent. Breakfast is excellent as well and parking is free"
