All of the residential streets were blocked with residents only signs. I will not be returning to Johnson City EVER. If i were you, find somewhere else to go."

"We definitely spent an amazing New Year’s Family-Friends trip!The property is perfect, so big with beautiful architecture and landscape details, 3 different bbq areas, one with chimney, bonfire area as well, pool with plenty of furniture to enjoy being outdoor. Just what we need it in regards of inside space, 4 king and 2 double in suite bedrooms for the parents, each with coffee machine and mini fridge, big closet and very spacious in general, each with independent entrance.A great open area...

"We loved the house and the property. There were two problems however. First, the property right next door they were building a brand new house and all day long all we heard was hammering sawing workers yelling at each other and Hispanic music blaring from 8:00am until 6:00pm every day. We could not sleep in past 8:00. Secondly the little Island area/boat dock was lovely but the local geese loved it also and used it as their outhouse, so it smelled terrible down there.
