"We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree they thoughtfully placed in our room was a lovely touch – it made our stay feel extra special. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and amenities. "The breakfast was the best! The dining room overlooks the beautiful lake and mountains and the food is really tasty. The room we got was a bit tucked in the back and had no view. It was very large and the beds were comfortable enough. It did get quite cold and we had no ability to adjust the heating. Note that there is no parking included with the hotel, there is only street parking and it is only free after 6 PM. "

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room.
